International Logistics Operator (Remote & Flexible Work)
Position Overview:
We are looking for an International Logistics Operator to join our team. The role mainly involves monitoring international logistics operations, handling import/export orders, and preparing customs documentation.
We welcome motivated individuals who are passionate about developing a career in logistics. A formal degree is not required — what matters most are your skills, attitude, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-container load (FCL) and less-than-container load (LCL) shipments for Australia and New Zealand routes.

Understand and execute the process of China–Australia/New Zealand export sea freight.

Communicate directly with clients and coordinate all stages of the operation, including pre-sales, order handling, supplier and customs broker coordination, truck scheduling, booking arrangements, and preparation of customs documentation.

Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in international trade, customer service, or logistics, as well as English proficiency, will be an advantage.
